Abstract
The article „The Phenomenon of Narcotic Addiction, Current Tendencies in the
Republic of Moldova” reveals a brief analysis of the phenomenon from social, legal
and economical perspectives, as well as the rationale of the importance of each for
the state.Right from the beginning is developed the actuality of this theme at this stage and the substantial adverse impact of the illegal drug use on the society in general.
Besides, contains information about the activity of the Organization of Narcotics
Anonymous from the Republic of Moldovan, aimed at rehabilitation of drug addicted
people through confidential meetings and various drug programs of complete
abstinence.
