Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам реализации судебных решений по делам об отмене ограничения дееспособности лица и признании лица дееспособным, освещена схема реализации решений судебных инстанций по этим категориям гражданских дел особого производства, показаны этапы их реализации, участники организационно- реализационной деятельности, вносятся предложения по совершенствованию гражданского, материального и процессуального законодательства относительно деятельности соответствующих субъектов по исполнению такого рода решений.The article is devoted to the problems of implementation of judicial decisions relating to the abolition of incapacitation of a person and recognition of the person’s capability; it covers the scheme of implementation of the decisions of the courts for these categories of civil cases of special proceedings; it shows the stages of their implementation, participants of the organizational implementational activities; it contains proposals for improving civil substantive and procedural legislation concerning the activities of relevant subjects and the execution of the decisions of the kind.
