EVOLUŢIA ISTORICĂ A DREPTULUI LA MUNCĂ AL FEMEILOR

Abstract

De-a lungul timpului, femeile au avut drepturi legale mai puţine în domeniul muncii.Tradiţional, rolul femeilor era cel de soţie şi de mamă. Cu toate acestea, în sec. XIX o mare parte din femei au început să lucreze pe piaţa forţei de muncă. Condiţiile de muncă în fabricile de textile şi în magazinele de îmbrăcăminte erau dure şi periculoase. La moment, statele au adoptat cadrul legal care instituie limitarea duratei timpului de muncă pentru femei, precum şi îmbunătă ţirea condiţiilor de muncă pentru ele. Prezentul articol descrie istoria formării şi dezvoltării cadrului legal al dreptului la muncăal femeilor.

Women have had fewer legal rights and employment opportunities than men throughout most of history. Traditionally, their role has been that of wife and mother. However, in the 19th century, large numbers of women began working outside their homes. Their working conditions, in textile mills and garment shops, were harsh and dangerous. But now states have adopted legislation limiting working hours and improving working conditions for women. The article describes the history of formation and development of legal rights and employment opportunities of women.
