TIPOLOGIA ŞI SORTIMENTUL SERVICIILOR PRESTATE ÎN BIBLIOTECA UNIVERSITARĂ

Abstract

Articolul este consacrat tipologiei serviciilor de bibliotecă, în el fiind analizate diferite clasific ări ale acestora. Autorul şi propune o clasificare, la fundamentele căreia pune cele mai importante particularităţi ale serviciilor destinate utilizatorilor. Sunt formulate sarcini rimordiale pentru implementarea serviciilor contra plată: adoptarea nomenclatorului serviciilor pentru diferite tipuri de biblioteci; determinarea necesităţilor utilizatorilor şi ale posibilităţilor ibliotecii de a presta servicii contra plată; elaborarea metodologiei de calculare a tarifelor; organizareainstruirii economice a bibliotecarilor.

The article is on the typology of library services; it analyzes the classifications given by different authors and proposes a classification, making at the base the most important features of services for users. The primary tasks are to implement fee services: the adoption of the nomenclature of services for different types of library; determining users’ needs and possibilities of the library to provide services for a fee; developing the methodology of calculation of tariffs; organizing of the economic training of librarians.
