SUVERANITATEA ÎN CONTEXTUL REALITĂȚII REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

Abstract

Note that, being in continuous evolution towards perfection and alignment with the democratic standards of contemporary constitutionalism, the Moldovan constitutional legislative framework on the content of national sovereignty was formed. But strengthening and exercise of sovereignty according to the forms established by the constitutional framework faces obstacles, which can be overcome through constructive collaboration of authorities with the people, aiming achievement on the national aspirations, respecting the principles and international provisions to which we are part.
