CONSOLIDAREA CAPACITĂȚII ADMINISTRATIVE A AUTORITĂȚILOR PUBLICE DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

The capacity of the public administration is the way and the process of activity of the public authorities in order to manage and the public services for the satisfaction of the general interests of the population. The objective underlying each public authority in the Republic of Moldova is to console and increase the pace of administrative activity through continuous modernization, adaptability, flexibility and considerable investigations to meet social challenges. For this reason, this research aims to ensure real and accurate knowledge of the reform process.
