PROCEDEE DE OBŢINERE A BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINĂ CU CONŢINUT SPORIT DE CUPRU LEGAT ORGANIC

Abstract

În prezentul articol este descrisă elaborarea a două procedee de obţinere a biomasei de spirulină cu conţinut sporit de cupru legat cu compuşi organici componenţi ai biomasei (proteine, oligopeptide, aminoacizi, lipide, glucide), utilizându-se în calitate de reglatori compuşii coordinativi ai Cu(II).The elaboration of two processes for obtaining of spirulina biomass with high content of copper bound to organic compounds of biomass components (proteins, oligopeptides, amino acids, lipids, carbohydrates), using as regulators some coordination compounds of Cu(II) is described in the present article.
