Electronic legal documents have become an indispensable means related to the daily activity of individuals in particular in the Pandemic Covid 19 period. In this article we set out to analyze the security aspects of the parties in the process of concluding and di- rectly in the process of executing electronic legal acts. In this study we aim to deepen the knowledge in the field of contracts and other legal acts that are concluded in electronic form or by electronic means, and to highlight the risks to which the parties are exposed in these contracts or other acts. We will investigate the security of the parties of civil legal acts that have been concluded in the electronic environment in terms of the typology of civil legal acts: unilateral and bilateral legal acts.en
