Abstract
The article describes the main aspects of the amendment of the electoral legislation
in the Republic of Moldova from the years 2021-2022. The author analyzes the main
changes in the legislation, as well as makes an assessment of the process of public consultation of the documents. The general conclusion is that the changes made are generally positive and in line with the recommendations of the international observation missions. A fact also noted by the Joint Opinion of the Venice Commission and the OSCE
