Abstract

The Forest Fund of the Republic of Moldova is an essential component of the state, which is given special attention, especially in recent years, but this does not mean that the sector is without problems, it is even one of the sectors with poor management, with legislation that does not correspond to the current objective realities, with contradictory provisions and inadequate to the main forest policies promoted at state level.
