| dc.description.abstract | The termination of parental rights constitutes the most severe sanction that can be applied to parents. For this reason, termination of parental rights can only occur through judicial proceedings and only after the grounds provided under Article 67 of the Family Code of the Republic of Moldova have been estabilished.
