INEGALITĂȚI ÎN DISTRIBUȚIA SARCINILOR FAMILIALE ȘI DE ÎNGRIJIRE A COPILULUI ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

Familia – inima societății, este fiind cea mai veche formă de organizare semnificând legătura dintre soți și descendenții lor. Actualmente, în Republica Moldova familia își păstrează statutul, fiind la fel de vitală, importantă, valoroasă ca sistem. Odată cu scurgerea timpului, metamorfoză societății, influențele Occidentului au contribuit semnificativ la dezvoltarea și schimbarea familiei în societatea contemporană. Schimbările care au intervenit în interiorul familiei sunt atât de importante, încât și termenul de familie a devenit tot mai ambiguu, tinzând sa acopere astăzi realități diferite de cele caracteristice generațiilor precedente. Iar în discursurile politice și științifice întâlnim deseori opinia conform căreia familia este cea mai fidelă posesoare a tradițiilor și a valorilor naționale. Organizarea vieții de familiei astfel încât să fie funcțională și evoluția rolurilor feminine și masculine își lasă semnificația amprentă asupra reorganizării familiei contemporane.Family – the heart of society, it being the oldest form of organization signifying the connection between spouses and their descendants. Currently in the Republic of Moldova, the family maintains its status, being as vital, important and valuable as a system. With the passage of time, the metamorphosis of society, the influences of the West have significantly contributed to the desolation and change of the family in contemporary society. The changes that have taken place within the family are so important that the term family has become increasingly ambiguous, tending to cover realities today different from those characteristic of previous generations. Political and scientific discourses, we often come across the opinion that the family is the most faithful possessor of national traditions and values. The organization of family life so that it is functional and the evolution of female and male roles leaves its mark considerably on the reorganization of the contemporary family.
