Contractul de servicii turistice este unul cu caracter complex şi are unele elemente care se aseamănă cu alte contracte civile: de vînzare ‒ cumpărare, locaţiune, transport, antrepriză, contractul de muncă. Elementele cele mai mportante care delimitează contractul de servicii turistice de alte contracte civile sînt destinaţia şi scopul acestui contract de a deservi persoanele fizice autohtone şi străine, de diferite vîrste, pe parcursul vacanţei, concediului, tratamentului sau, în general, al timpului lor liber, cu un spectru de servicii foarte numeros şi diversificat, care sînt prestate pentru asigurarea odihnei, tratamentului etc. la cel mai înalt nivel.Contract travel is one complex character and has some elements that are similar to other civil contracts: for sale, rent, transportation, contracting, employment contract.
