CONCEPTUL, TIPOLOGIA ȘI PRINCIPALELE ASPECTE ALE REGLEMENTARII FACTORINGULUI PE PLAN INTERNAŢIONAL

Abstract

Modalitatea finanţării factoringului a inregistrat în ultimii ani tendinţe progress ive de dezvoltare pe plan internaţional. Factorii determinanţi ai dezvoltării continue a acesteia su nt reprezentaţi de multitudinea avantajelor pe care acesta îl reprezintă , pe de o parte, şi de factorul legislativ, pe de altă parte, care se manifestă diferit de la stat la stat. Practica internaţională demonstrează că în unele state reglementarea influenţează pozitiv asupra tendinţelor pieţe iar în unele state reglementările sunt practic pur formale. Pentru dezvoltarea factoringului în Republica Moldova studierea practicii internaţionale este una necesară şi de importanţă majoră.

The mode of financing of factoring has recorded progressive internaţional development trends in recent years. The determinants of its development are represented by the many advantages that it represents, on the one hand, and by the legislative factor, on the other hand, which differs from state to state. Internaţional practice demonstrates that in some states regulation has a positive influence on the factoring market trends, and in some regulatory states it is practically purely formal. For the development of factoring in Moldova the study of internaţional practice is necessary being of major importance.
