INTERDEPENDENȚE DINTRE SECURITATEA ENERGETICĂ ȘI INSTABILITATEA ECONOMICĂ REGIONALĂ ÎN CONTEXTUL RĂZBOIULUI DIN UCRAINA

Abstract

Acest articol oferă o privire de ansamblu asupra celor mai importante efecte privind securitatea energetică și (in)stabilitatea economică regională în contextul războiului din Ucraina. Sunt prezentate unele documente de analiză și planuri de acțiune adoptate de Uniunea Europeană în scopul redresării situației, dar și eforturile statelor europene de a reduce dependenta energetică față de Federația Rusă. Totodată, pentru a oferi o idee despre intervalul acestei incertitudini, analiza următoare ia în considerare ce se întâmplă acum, ce s-ar putea întâmpla peste un an și cum ar putea arăta lucrurile peste cinci sau șapte ani.This article provides an overview of the most important effects on energy security and regional economic (in)stability in the context of the war in Ukraine. Some analysis documents and action plans adopted by the European Union in order to improve the situation are presented, as well as the efforts of European states to reduce energy dependence on the Russian Federation. Also, to give some idea of the range of this uncertainty, the following analysis considers what is happening now, what might happen in a year’s time, and what could things look like five or seven years from now.
