Abstract

In the limits of this scientific message the authors do their best to research modern doctrine approach concerning the problem of time in the Substantive Criminal Law. In order to achieve this scope, there have been elaborated the concept of time in the Substantive Criminal Law is dealing with, and have analyzed the most widespread types of it. In the realm of this study the authors have exemplified rules of application of time periods in the realm of Special part of the Criminal Law.As a result, several scientific conclusions were formulated being suggested to improve the model doctrine of the Substantive Criminal Law.
