IMPACTUL SCHIMBĂRILOR CLIMATICE ASUPRA CONȚINUTULUI ȘI REALIZĂRII DREPTURILOR ȘI LIBERTĂȚILOR FUNDAMENTALE ALE OMULUI: ABORDĂRI DEFINITORII

Abstract

Schimbările climatice reprezintă una din problemele grave ale omenirii secolului XXI, iar identificarea soluțiilor pentru rezolvarea acesteia constituie o prioritate pe agenda statelor, a organizațiilor regionale și universale. Având în vedere că dreptul la un mediu înconjurător sănătos s-a conturat în ultimii ani ca un drept fundamental, schimbările climatice ale căror martori suntem vin să afecteze dramatic, atât în mod direct cât și indirect, conținutul și procesul de realizare a acestui drept. În prezentul articol ne propunem să identificăm principalele provocări, dar și să reliefăm remedii eficiente în domeniul propus cercetării.Climate change represents one of the serious problems of humanity in the 21st century, and identifying solutions to solve it is a priority on the agenda of states and regional, and universal organizations. Given that the right to a healthy environment has emerged in recent years as a fundamental right, the climate changes we are witnessing will dramatically affect both directly and indirectly the content and process of realizing this right. In this article, we aim to identify the main challenges, but also highlight effective remedies in the field proposed for research.
