| dc.description.abstract | This scientific article investigates the impact of COVID-19 on peripheral leukocytes and hematopoietic elements in the blood, exploring changes in their quantitative dynamics throughout the course of the disease and during recovery. The study focuses on understanding how SARS-CoV-2 infection affects the hematopoietic system, particularly observing lymphopenia and eosinopenia during the active phase of the disease and tracking the recovery phase through monitoring changes in formed elements. The research sheds light on physiological responses to COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 conditions, emphasizing the roles of various immune cells such as leukocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, and eosinophils. This comprehensive analysis contributes valuable insights into the pathophysiology of COVID-19 and highlights potential markers for monitoring disease progression and recovery. | en |
