Actually we have state institutions such as parliament which is responsible for adopt of normative acts in different fields connect national law compare to international commitments expressed through agreements signed between Republic of Moldova and European Union ensure a decent life for citizens prevent level of corruption, to develop education and culture, work conditions, social partnership for different categories of person, increase salary level, etc Respect human rights must correct illegal decisions or modify errors in activity public service accord to the necessary condition for the state fulfills obligations from example which respect obligations taken from the international level for different organizations which we have considered membership assumed certain commitments which must respect.
