Abstract

Nowdays 21st century expressed concept of the contemporary period through evolution in differnt fields of activity therefore refer also to law requires daily to adapt law of the legislation accord to the actuality so that the legal institution in the person of those who are active in the field apply the law uniformly for level of crime in society to register a minimum level and procedural actions that must taken aimed discovered also for the purpose prevent or combat crimes committed either from simple people who had no conflict with law or more complicated situations when group of people established a plan of actions to cause material or moral damage to natural or legal persons. Actually we have state institutions such as parliament which is responsible for adopt of normative acts in different fields connect national law compare to international commitments expressed through agreements signed between Republic of Moldova and European Union ensure a decent life for citizens prevent level of corruption, to develop education and culture, work conditions, social partnership for different categories of person, increase salary level, etc Respect human rights must correct illegal decisions or modify errors in activity public service accord to the necessary condition for the state fulfills obligations from example which respect obligations taken from the international level for different organizations which we have considered membership assumed certain commitments which must respect.
