dc.description.abstractRecent studies conducted at the State University of Moldova regarding the attitude towards university physical education and sports, in which first and second-year students from all faculties, full-time education, participated, have found that the teaching-learning-evaluation process of the subject requires modernization to meet the needs of the students and the demands of current education. The reconceptualization of the curriculum and the modularization of the university subject are just a few actions taken to modernize the educational process; however, these actions are insufficient to achieve the overall goal of the university course, which involves the development of general-human skills and competencies required by modern society. The development of these skills and competencies is directly influenced by the teaching-learning-evaluation process of the subject, which should focus on the real application of new strategies and methods that correspond to the age and level of student preparation. The purpose of this work is to develop methodological guidelines for teaching-learning-evaluation in university physical education, using the example of the badminton module, which directly corresponds to the theory of modular instruction.en
