Integrarea Europeană a Republicii Moldova prin prisma reglementărilor vamale naţionale

Abstract

Today is becoming increasingly topical the discussion on the tendency of Republic of Moldova towards the Community and the process which entails the association, the pre-accession and finally the integration procedure of our country. But first of all, the integration in the European community requires customs integration. No wonder, one of the primary factors that led to the creation of the European Union was customs union, initially set to deepen economic and trade relations between the founding members. The aspirations of Republic of Moldova to the Community space involve a process of adjustment and development of national regulatory framework under the principles of the acquis communautaire.
