Abstract
The article addresses the issue of personal development management of young students by promoting moral-Christian values, in a synthetic way, from a theoretical and practical perspectives. The pedagogical characteristics of the moral-Christian values were determined, such as they are manifested in the pedagogical practice, and were evaluated their contribution on the management of personal development and character development in the young schoolchild.
