dc.description.abstractPrezenta lucrare are drept scop de a trece în revistă metodele existente de control biologic al coleopterelor curculionide dăunători ai culturilor agricole și pomilor fructiferi. În rezultatul cercetărilor efectuate a fost caracterizată microflora bacteriană și fungică a speciilor Phyllobius oblongus, Sciaphobus squalidus, Tatianaerhynchites aequatus, Neocoenorhinidius pauxillus, Byctiscus betulae, Sitona lineatus, Hypera postica și Protapion apricans fiind evidențiate tulpini cu activitate insecticidă sporită, care prezintă potențial de a fi utilizate în calitate de agenți de control biologic.
dc.description.abstractThe main goal of the presented paper was to review the existing biological methods to control agricultural crops and fruit trees pest weevils. The bacterial and fungal microflora of the species Phyllobius oblongus, Sciaphobus squalidus, Tatianaerhynchites aequatus, Neocoenorhinidius pauxillus, Byctiscus betulae, Sitona lineatus, Hypera postica and Protapion apricans has been characterized and strains with high insecticidal activity were revealed, with potential to be used as biological control agents. 84 References
dc.description.abstractЦелью данной работы является обзор существующих методов биологической борьбы с жукамидолгоносиками вредителями сельскохозяйственных культур и плодовых деревьев. В результате исследований был выявлен видовой состав бактерий и грибов, составляющих микрофлору жуков-долгоносиков Phyllobius oblongus, Sciaphobus squalidus, Tatianaerhynchites aequatus, Neocoenorhinidius pauxillus, Byctiscus betulae, Sitona lineatus, Hypera postica и Protapion apricans, а также выделены штаммы, обладающие высокой инсектицидной активностью, с перспективой их использования в качестве агентов биологического контроля.
