ПОТЕНЦИАЛ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОГО ПАРТНЁРСТВА РЕСПУБЛИКИ МОЛДОВА И РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ

Abstract

Анализируются факторы, обусловливающие внешнюю политику Республики Молдова в целом и двусторонние отношения с Российской Федерацией на современном этапе развития внешних контуров системы международных отношений, в частности, среди которых: структурная трансформация системы международных отношений; геополитическая конкуренция между Европейским Союзом и Евразийским Экономическим Союзом; новый геополитический ландшафт. Влияние факторов внешней среды обусловливает формат внутренних контуров, включающих внутренние факторы влияния на потенциал и перспективы развития стратегического характера молдо-российских отношений. В этих условиях анализируются функциональные аспекты стратегического партнёрства Республики Молдова с Российской Федерацией в современных реалиях.În articol sunt analizați factorii ce determină politica externă a Republicii Moldova în ansamblu, precum și relațiile bilaterale cu Federația Rusă la etapa actuală a dezvoltării contururilor externe ale sistemului internațional, în special, printre care: transformarea structurală a sistemului internațional; concurența geopolitică între Uniunea Europeană și Uniunea Economică Eurasiatică; nou l tablou geopolitic. Influența factorilor de mediu determină formatul contururilor interne, inclusiv factorii interni ce influențează potențialul și perspectivele dezvoltării relațiilor moldo-ruse. În aceste condiții, sunt analizate aspectele funcționale ale arteneriatului strategic Republica Moldova –Federația Rusă la etapa actuală.The article analyzes the factors that determine the foreign policy of the Republic of Moldova as a whole, and bilateral relations with the Russian Federation at the present stage of development of the external contours of the system of international relations, in particular, among which: s tructural transformation of the system of international relations; geopolitical competition between the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union; new geopolitical landscape. The influence o external factors determines the format of the internal contours, including internal factors of influence on the potential and development prospects of the strategic nature of the Moldovan-Russian relations. In this context, the author analyzes the functional aspects of the strategic partnership between the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation in modern realities.
