ROLUL GUVERNULUI ŞI AL SOCIETĂŢII CIVILE ÎN DEZVOLTAREA DURABILĂ

Abstract

Investigaţia este axată pe colaborarea dintre Guvernul unui stat şi societatea civilă din acel stat, pe aspectul cum poate ea propulsa dezvoltarea durabilă. Autorul abordează implicarea societăţii civile în dezvoltarea durabilă, inclusiv cazul Republicii Moldova. Este analizat faptul cum orice domeniu, inclusiv dezvoltarea durabilă, poate să beneficieze de pe urma implic ării active a cetăţenilor, fie ca persoane fizice sau juridice, fie ca ONG-uri sau grupe de nteres. În vizor este luată implicarea Guvernului în promovarea dezvoltării durabile la nivel naţional sau internaţional. Autorul vine cu propriile propuneri de îmbunătăţire a legislaţiei şi/sau de aplicare a acesteia în scopul facilitării tranziţiei către dezvoltarea durabilăşi minimizării sacrificiilor necesare din partea populaţiei.

The article focuses on pointing out how the collaboration between the Government of one state and the civil society from that country can foster the sustainable development. In the first part of the article, the auth or analyzes the involvement of the civil society in sustainable development, including in the Republic of Moldova. It reviews how any domain, including ustainable development, can benefit from the active involvement of the itizens as individuals or legal entities, NGOs or groups of interest. In thesecond part of this paper, the author describes how exactly the overnment is involved in promoting sustainable development at national and international levels. The pluses and minuses of the Government’s ctivity in this domain are thoroughly analyzed. The author comes with her own proposals of improving the legislation and/or its application in order for the transi- tion to a sustainable development to be smooth and with fewer sacrifices from the population
