Abstract

The social contribution is a patrimonial contribution of the the founder to the social capital formation, and the capital is the original heritage which helps the company to start it’s way. There are legal settlements about the assets, their valuation, terms of transmission, the rights submitted, the consequences of delay. Considering the general terminology of the legal settlements, the author makes analysis, gives interpretations, makes suggestions for the exactly understanding of the legal texts and their proper application.
