Abstract

For the Republic of Modova, the supervision of social workers represents that professional intervention that is insufficiently valued. The importance of supervision is recognized by the countries of the world, and the benefits are undeniable. In this article, the author describes aspects of the supervision of social workers within the General Directorate for the Protection of Children's Rights in the municipality of Chisinau in order to ensure the best interests of the child.
