Abstract

This research reflects a complex analysis of the contraventional liability as a fundamental institution of the contraventional law, through the prism of the legal framework and the specialized doctrine. Basically, the investigation outlines the issues of establishing, examining and solving the contraventional cases by the competent authorities, subjecting the entire system of contraventional sanctions to a critical evaluation in terms of their effectiveness in preventing and combating contraventions.
