Abstract

This paper accomplishes a scientific research in the field of international road trans- port of goods, describing the legal mechanisms by which it is realized: the international contract for road transport of goods, the T.I.R. and A.T.A. regimes, the legal regime for the transport of dangerous goods; it examines the main legal innovations, particularly from the European Union, which regulates new areas assimilated to the mentioned domain.
