CERCETAREA EMPIRICĂ A INSTITUȚIEI REVIZUIRII PROCESULUI PENAL PRIN PRISMA NIVELULUI DE DIGITALIZARE A PROCEDURII PENALE ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

The place of empirical research in the context of scientific studies in law carried out during doctoral studies, maintains a progressive trend, dictated by an acute topicality. Respectively, also in the light of the author’s doctoral research project: „Review of criminal proceedings”, this type of methodological research is of major importance, and being dictated by current social needs, this type of research has become easier to integrate with technology informational. Thus, the general objective of the study is to identify the ways of digital empirical research of the institution of reviewing the criminal process in the Republic of Moldova and highlighting them. In particular, the aim is to examine these sources in order to determine their reliability, usefulness and compliance with the needs of researchers.
