ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNTUL JURIDIC: DE LA STERE LA NOI

Abstract

În acest articol vom aborda chestiuni legate de instruirea şi pregătirea profesională a viitorilor jurişti. Ne propunem, pe de o parte, să scoatem în evidenţă profunzimea gândirii steriene, iar pe de alta să identificăm, în ciuda distanţei temporale, prezenţa unor probleme majore în învăţământul juridic universitar şi necesitatea adoptării măsurilor în vederea redresării situaţiei prin viziunea lui C. Stere.In the content of this article we will discuss several problems regarding the professional training and education of future law specialists. Our intention starts form valuing the profundity of C. Stere’s thinking; on the other side we suggest, despite the temporal distance, the presence of several major problems in the higher legal education and the necessity of actions in order to set the situation right, using C. Stere’s vision.
