Abstract

In the 19th century, slavery was officially banned in Europe, but it seems that this illegality continues today, millions of children suffer from a modern form of slavery, namely child trafficking. Child trafficking is one of the worst forms of violation of fundamental human rights. When the victim is a child, the negative physical and psychological consequences on his development are stronger. Thus, the intensification of the process of preventing and combating this phenomenon is of major importance, today and now.
