STRUCTURA INTERESULUI PUBLIC ÎN CONDIȚIILE SOCIETĂȚII ÎN SCHIMBARE

Abstract

In the article proposed for publication, the structure of the public interest is examined in correlation with the issue of changing societies towards democracy. The author highlights the following main components of the structure: the actor (the agent) as a bearer of public interest; the actor’s social status, focusing on certain needs and public benefits; actor’s awareness of the social status; goals, objectives and public behaviors. These components are in an organic connection and determine the character of social transformations in the society in transition to democracy. At the same time, the article elucidates the specificity of the connection between the public interest and the social transformations under the conditions of the Republic of Moldova.

n articolul propus spre publicare este examinată structura interesului public în corelație cu problematica societății în schimbare spre democrație. Autorul pune în valoare următoarele componente principale ale structurii: actorul (agentul) ca purtător de interes public; poziția socială a actorului, axată pe anumite necesități și avantaje publice; gradul de conștientizare de către actor a poziției sociale; scopurile, obiectivele și comportamentele publice. Aceste componente se află într-o legătură organică și determină caracterul transformărilor sociale în societatea în tranziție spre democrație. Totodată, în articol este elucidat specificul legăturii dintre interesul public și transformările sociale în condițiile Republicii Moldova.
