Abstract
The article studies the probiotic effect of Enterococcus faecium biomass, inoculation ma-
terial for isolating the enterococci, identification of a pure culture of Enterococcus sp., species
specification and research on the presence of pathogenic factors using chain polymerization
reaction (PCR), obtaining pure cultures of lactic-acid bacteria. In the study of clinical and
laboratory parameters the use of the product, showed only positive effects.
