Abstract
This article is related to the in-depth analysis of the process of acquiring industrial goods within the S.A. „Franzeluța”, as well as the applied procurement strategies and analysis, describing the purchasing strategies applied in the. enterprise. The analysis process identifies the peculiarities and directions for improving the procurement process within the enterprise S.A. „Franzeluța”, which determined the elaboration of strategies and ways to improve the acquisition process in order to increase the entrepreneurial profitability and the notoriety, the attractiveness for both domestic and international consumers.
