Concepţia metodologică în materia contractului de transport rutier internaţional de mărfuri – implicaţii teoretico-practice

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the research methods applied during the process of elaboration of the doctoral dissertation on the topic: "The importance and challenges of the contract for the international carriage of goods by road in the 21st century". Its novelty is described by the atypical way of the methods' analysis – through practical applications. The implementation of the scientific results will be realized through the future development of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects in the content of the doctoral dissertation mentioned above.
