Abstract

The subject of this article hints at a very important aspect in the domain of electronic business and that of promoting the informational society, as one of the main instrument of the international commerce is the electronic commerce, which development is supposed to abandon the sovereignty in the commercial domain. The evaluation of the world experience in the domain of the electronic commerce has a wide research interest, especially in the context that the multilateral system of the international commerce is threatened by the proliferation of commercial blocks, which promote protectionist tendencies towards third countries.
