| dc.description.abstract | The research reflects the quality of refugee, as a measure of protection of foreigners, the impact of acts of public authorities in central and local communities for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the person who requires a form of protection in a state governed by the rule of law. The study exposes the current situation and the stages of international and administrative procedures for the constitutional protection of refugee status in the Republic of Moldova.
