PERFECŢIONAREA FUNCŢIEI DE ORGANIZARE ŞI MOTIVARE ÎN ÎNTREPRINDERILE MICI ŞI MIJLOCII

Abstract

Procesul de management în afacerile mici şi mijlocii constă în acţiunile, prin care se determină obiectivele, resursele şi procesele de muncă necesare realizării lor, prin care se integrează şi controlează munca personalului, folosind metode şi tehnici în vederea organizării şi îndeplinirii cât mai eficiente a raţiunilor care au determinat înfiinţarea afacerii. Pentru sistematizarea particularităţilor, pe care le presupune procesul de management al afacerilor mici şi mijlocii, acestea au fost grupate în raport cu funcţiile managementului.

Process management in small and medium businesses lies in actions hich determine the objectives, resources and work processes to achieve them, which integrates and controls the work of staff, using methods and techniques for organizing and more efficient performance of ideas, which prompted the establishment of business. For the systematization of the eculiarities, which involves the management of small and medium usinesses, they were grouped in relation to management functions. In this article, priority attention is given to the function of the organization and motivation, because of the role it holds in achieving, either short, medium or long term objectives.
