Abstract

Dreptul la viață reprezintă un drept fundamental plasat în vârful ierarhiei drepturilor omului, care reprezintă premisa pentru apariția altor drepturi. Cu toate acestea, majoritatea legislațiilor statelor lumii conțin reglementări prin care legalizează avortul, ridicându-l la nivel de drept.
