Abstract

Tema abordată este actuală datorită proceselor social - economice, juridice, dar și politice din țara noastră care au loc de la declararea independenței până în prezent. Scopul cu care am pornit în cercetarea noastră, a fost identificarea provocărilor și p roblemelor cu care se confruntă locatorul pe piața imobiliară, dar și identificarea soluțiilor care pot să rezolve aceste problem. Metodele de cercetare aplicate pentru cercetarea noastră au fost metoda logică, istorică, comparativă și analitică. Rezultatele obținute vin să completeze neajunsurile din activitatea locatorului pe piața imobiliară.

he topic addressed is current due to the social - economic, legal, but also political processes in our country that have taken place since the declaration of independence until now. The purpose with which we started in our research was to identify the challenges and problems that the landlord faces in the real estate market, but also to identify the solutions that can solve these problems. The research methods applied for our research were the logical, historical, comparative and analytical method. The results obtained complement the shortcomings in the activity of the lessor in the real estate market.
