PROBLEMA REGLEMENTĂRII CONFLICTELOR SEPARATISTE ÎN SPAŢIUL POSTSOVIETIC (CAZUL TRANSNISTRIEI ŞI OSETIEI DE SUD)

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze separatist conflicts in the post-soviet region. The author researched the historiography and scientific approaches of the separatist phenomenon. In the article was investigated historical premises and causes of conflicts as well as identified the main events in the conflict evolution and structured them in a system of milestones. The author also estimated the role of international actors and civil society in the settlement of Transnistria and South Ossetia conflict.
