Abstract

Military security is the implementation of military policy and characterizes the state of realization of a country's national interest in the military domain and is a guarantee of its defense against military threats and external aggression. Ensuring the military security of the Republic of Moldova is impossible without consolidating the global and regional stability, as well as without maintaining the defense capacity at the level that would allow the prevention of military conflicts and the response of any form of external aggression. The Republic of Moldova is strengthening its security, with NATO support, and international cooperation, based on innovation, research, capacity building, and the exchange of knowledge, in order to ensure human security and respond to emerging security challenges.
