This situation lies in the fact that change itself is one of the laws of life, and the impct of the change process, within the context of its effective management, is one of the key factors ensuring the survival of organizations. Managers all over the world, including those in the Republic of Moldova, are faced with the challenge of adapting their economic units in an attempt to ensure a certain level of competitiveness of their enterprises and to gradually integrate them into the evolutionary process of a global scale.en
