ACTIVITATEA SECȚIEI PĂMÂNTEȘTI DIN RASSM (1924 – 1925)

Abstract

În acest demers este reflectat modul prin care autoritățile sovietice din RASS Moldovenească au contribuit (inițial) la susținerea economică a gospodăriilor țărănești din stânga Nistrului. Aceste acțiuni aveau ca scop familiarizarea țăranilor cu avantajele lucrului în comun. Propagarea doctrinei comuniste în domeniul agrar a fost realizată prin intermediul Secției Pământești – instituție care avea menirea să realizeze liantul dintre politica agrară promovată de autorități și mediul rural. Baza studiului o constituie înregistrarea stenografică a primului Congres al Sfaturilor, care s-a desfășurat între 19 și 23 aprilie 1925. Articolul prezintă faza inițială a procesului de transformare a gospodăriilor țărănești în gospodării obștești. Limita cronologică inferioară a prezentului studiu este 1924, deoarece, începând cu acest an, deciziile luate în RASSM vor fi luate independent față de Ucraina.

This approach reflects the way in which the Soviet authorities from the Moldovan SSAR contributed (initially) to the economic support of the peasant households on the left bank of the Dniester. The purpose of those actions was to familiarise the peasants with the advantages of working together. The propagation of the communist doctrine in the agrarian field was achieved through the Land Section – an institution that was meant to make the link between the agrarian policy promoted by the authorities and the rural environment. The basis of the study is the shorthand recording of the first Congress of Councils which took place between 19th–23rd of April, 1925. The whole article presents the initial phase of the process of transforming peasant households into public households. The lower chronological limit of the present study is the year 1924 because, from that year, the decisions taken in the MASSR would be taken independently of Ukraine.
