Abstract

Regarding the domain of employing the unity leaders there were delineated more problems of technical-juridical type. All these problems of technical-juridical type must be The Republic of Moldova. The individual labor contract with the chief of the unity is made on the period indicated in the documents of constitution of the unity or on a term established in the contract by the agreement of the parts. It is important to keep attention on the fact that the data about the administrator of the commercial society are written in the State Register of the juridical persons.
