CUPLUL PENAL VICTIMĂ-AGRESOR PRIN PRISMA INFRACȚIUNII DE HĂRȚUIRE SEXUALĂ

Abstract

From a scientific point of view, the aggressor-victim relationship is of great significance, especially in the case of certain crimes, sexual harassment being one of them. Victimological and criminological prevention can be achieved much more qualitatively if we use effectively the studies related to this relationship. First of all, because such studies send us to certain biopsychosocial models of the victim and the aggressor, but also to possible relationships between them. In this sense, it is not good to reduce the meaning of sexual harassment to that provided by the penal code. It is recommended to evaluate all forms of victimization related with sexual harassment. It is also recommended to identify and analyze the typology of victims, the typology of aggressors and the typology of criminal couples which are formed from the first two.
