APARIȚIA ȘI EVOLUȚIA ASIGURĂRILOR ÎN LUME

Abstract

În pofida eforturilor depuse de unii oameni de ştiinţă pentru descoperirea primelor operaţiuni de asigurări şi reasigurări, acestea nu au putut fi identificate cu precizie. Totuşi, în urma unor îndelungi căutări au fost găsite dovezi ale unor operaţiuni de împărţire a riscurilor ce datează din aceea şi perioada cu apariţia primelor forme de organizare în comerţ. Ideea reasigurării îşi are rădăcinile în acelaşi instinct uman care a dus şi la apariţia asigurării, şi anume: dorinţa ca paguba suferită de o persoană să fie suportată de mai multe persoane.

Despite of all the efforts that some scientists put to find the first operations of insurance and reinsurance, they could not reach the goal. However, after lengthy searches, there were found evidences of risk-sharing operations dating from the same period with the emergence of the first forms of organized trade. The idea of the reinsurance has the same roots from the human instinct that has led to the emergence of insurance, namely the wish that the damage suffered by a person to be supported by many people.
