Abstract

The National Insurance System development is conditioned by the economic reforms that occur in the country; by the state policy in the field of financial market and the undertak en actions for the integration of the Republic of Moldova in the European Union. The National Insurance System reform in the great measure depends of the improvement degree of the legislation, of the budgetary, tax, crediting and monetary politics efficiency of the state, by the quality of insurance supervision in the country and not less of the financial stability of the insurer that works on the Insurances market.
