Reglementarea activității judecătorilor și a executorilor judecătorești în perioada Marii Uniri

Abstract

Profesia de judecător şi cea de executor judecătoresc au fost într-o strânsă legătură din cele mai vechi timpuri. Analiza modului de reglementare a acestor profesii reprezintă un interes sporit pentru specialiştii în domeniul dreptului. În acest articol ne propunem să analizăm cum au fost reglementate în epoca Marii Uniri profesiile de judecător şi cea de portărel (executor judecătoresc), în special aspectele ce ţin de modul şi cerinţele de accedere în profesie, formele de răspundere disciplinară şi retribuire a muncii, drept ca bază textele actelor normative în vigoare la acea perioadă, aplicabile statutului acestor profesiuni. De asemenea, vom compara prevederile perioadei menţionate cu cele actuale, prevăzute de legislaţia în vigoare. The profession of judge and bailiff have been closely related since ancient times. The analysis of the regulation of these professions is of increased interest for legal specialists. In this article we propose to analyze how the professions of judge and bailiff (bailiff) were regulated in the era of the Great Union, especially the aspects related to the manner and requirements for entering the profession, the forms of disciplinary liability and remuneration for work, taking as a basis the texts of the normative acts in force at that time, applicable to the status of these professions. Also, we will compare the provisions of the mentioned period with the current ones, provided by the legislation in force.
